Information required before applying for Skilled Worker Visa as I am the Director of a Ltd company in UK.

Dear Group Members,

I have a Govt. job offer from UK and I am going to apply for visa in next 20 days. Before Applying for visa I would like to make sure that i will not violating any immigration law which can result in delay of rejection in my visa application.

I am applying for the visa for my family with my visa application. I have two points that require your valuable suggestions,

1- Few months before I set up a Ltd company (Fintech) in UK for the purpose to do some business. At that time I did not have any job offer so I did not realize that it will have some implications on my visa application. Now I am the Director of the company holding 100% shares. The company is doing no business but it will start doing business from January 2022. Can this create problems for me at the time of visa application or ILR.

2- I have also registered another Ltd company (Fintech) in UK on my wife's name. This company is also doing no business and it may take 6-8 months to start any business. She will apply for visa as a dependent. Can this create problems for my wife at the time of visa application or ILR.

Now my questions is that while holding these companies on myself and my wife names is this allowed or not? If it is not allowed can I transfer them to any other person's name?

Best Regards,
