Appeal decision delays.. please help!!

Hiya hope you’re all doing good!

I had first tier tribunal hearing on 3rd sept 2021. Still haven’t the decision. Its 8th week going. I sent them a reminder last week but still no reply.. im really worried, does anybody know whats going on with my case? Why they are taking so long? 😩
