Work holiday while switching from ICT to PBS

I am currently on tier 2 ICT visa and switching to PBS with a new sponsor company. I wanted to understand how many weeks break can I have between my last day from the current company and before first day of new company. Are there any terms I need to satisfy to be on this break?

By PBS, do you mean a Skilled Worker visa? I think the term PBS is redundant now.

Provided the Skilled Worker visa application is made before the expiry of your Tier 2 ICT visa, the terms of your Tier 2 ICT visa will continue to apply to you until a decision is made on the Skilled Worker visa.

Thank you. Yes, it is skilled worker visa. My query is very specific to work holiday. My last day in my current company is 3rd December and my joining date in the next company is 5th January. So, I am technically not employed from 4th December to 4th January. Will that be a problem in any way?
