Apply for British and breach of immigration rules

I have a client who is non-EU Citizen married to EU. 6 years ago she come to UK on visitors visa and applied for BRP as a spouse of EU national inside the country. Now she wants to apply for Naturalisation as British Citizen.
Can she do it now or she has to wait for another 4 years as she was in breach of visa condition when she was apply.
