Biometric submitted 27/11/2022 and UKVCAS couldn't get my fingers scanned - due to dry hand and soft lines
However they have submitted an exception saying "can't be digitized"
Today I got a letter from Home Office asking Biometric

As part of your application you must have your biometrics (scanned fingerprints and photograph) taken.
If you do not give your biometric information your application will be rejected as invalid. This will apply even if you have provided all the other relevant information, documentation and payment to validate your application.

I have already paid for Biometric appoint and document checking services, really useless
Please can some one advise me what to do?
