Need help

I am a Bangladesh passport holder student and my wife is a Italian passport holder with pre settlement. I applied for Eu family member visa and they refuse me because I got married in last April and they looking for proof of relationship before December 2020.

I am thing for applying for UK spouse visa. Is that ok to apply. I still have student visa valid. Appropriate advise will be really appreciated
