Dependants visa process during transition from ICT to Skilled worker visa

Hi,
Currently, I am on ICT visa and in the process of applying my dependants visa (dependant is outside UK) with COS of my current employer. Meanwhile, I have received an offer of a Skilled worker visa with a new employer which I am planning to accept.

My question is:

- What will happen to the dependants visa process in case I receive COS from the new employer and my skilled worker visa process starts ? Will there be an issue as her application will have COS details of my current employer and also since I would have resigned ?

- In case I wait for the new employer to send COS and resign from current employer, can the new employer process dependants application together along with mine if she is outside UK ? If not, DO i have to wait the whole process of getting my skilled worker visa done before I can apply my dependants visa ?

- Any other best alternatives to get my wife in UK as soon as possible considering I am planning to accept the offer ?
