naturalisation application w/o partner certificate

Hi All,

I have British citizenship via naturalisation application with certificate etc.
Now my wife with IRL would like to apply for naturalisation. Is it possible to do it w/o my certificate number? Problem is that the certificate was sent as a supporting document to HO for 1st passport application and for some reason (probably just plain stupidity) I didn't manage to make a photocopy of it before sending.
