UKVI Tehran Visitor Visa

Hi,

We applied for visitor visa and it took over 70 days for us to receive the passport back.

Passport was returned with a document checklist and nothing else.

no stamp no nothing and vfs global is useless as they say they don't know.
generally if refused, I understand you get a decision letter and explanation of why you are refused.

is visitor visa stamped or brp sent ?

It's a visa vignette sticker pasted in the passport not a biometrics residence permit.
