Family route visa question

Hi everyone, I have a question when I filling the application for my husband's family visa.

The question is: Was your partner ever given a visa or leave as the partner of a settled person?

I used to have unmarried partner visa with my ex-boyfriend for 4 years and now we ended the relationship, I have pr in the UK, and married with my husband. So I should say yes to this question, however it requires the dissolved certificate if I say yes, and I researched online which said to end the civil partnership, I need to report to the court and get my civil partner certificate ready. That I don't have. I and my ex-boyfriend were unmarried partner.

So what should I answer to this question? Anyone had the same experience? If you can answer my question, that will be much appreciated.
