Skilled Worker Visa

Good Evening,
I want to know the procedures please.
I am a British citizen have a private ltd company from 2018. It is a micro Entity company and paying taxes since established.
My biological brother is on Tier 4 Visa is about to finish his graduation this year.
I was thinking to switch him on Skilled worker visa by enrolling him on PAYE. Can you give me the detailed procedure and its pros and cons ??
