Family Visa Guidance - No Surname on Passport

Family Visa Guidance - No Surname on Passport

I'm in the process of submitting application for visa for my wife to join me in UK. Her Indian passport has the Surname field as blank with her full name in Given Name field. As the field is mandatory in the online form, what should I write in the field. Appreciate any help and guidance from members here.
