Date issue on a sponsor letter for 6 month visitor visa

Hi

I have recently applied for a visitor visa for my sister in law(husbands sister) to visit us here in the UK for 2 weeks in May.

She attended her biometric appointment on the 14th of March( This Monday).

All the relevant documents were uploaded evidencing her employment, savings, property and links to her home country.

I also sent her documents as her sponsor for costs and accommodation here in the UK

Now the issue is that I have used a template to creat the sponsor letter and invitation letter. This template has a date of 20th August 2021 which I somehow missed. This is the letter that has been uploaded with the old date instead of a more recent date in March 2022.

Will this be a major issue for approval bearing in mind all other documents are in order

Is there any way of uploading documents after biometrics have been submitted or maybe an email for UKVI where documents can be sent?
