Skilled worker and got H1B Visa - effect on ILR

Hi,
I have been in UK on dependant ICT visa and recently switched to skilled worker visa under new point based system. Could you please answer following questions?

1. Iam I eligible for ILR as iam on skilled worker now and will 5 years on ict be counted?
2. I recently had by H1B visa for USA stamped on my passport. Will that be a hindrance when i apply for ILR? Will they question if i had intentions for usa why i have to apply for ILR?
(This h1b was applied back in 2020 before I switched to skilled worker). But stamped only this month.
3. In case if i had to travel to usa on H1B just for short duration, will that affect my current skilled worker visa?

1. No, you need 5 years on skilled worker visa before you can apply for ilr based on 5 years residence. You cannot combine ICT dependent time with skilled worker time to make up 5 years for ilr

This is your decision. You have valid visas (if your move will be before getting your ILR), the acceptability of above outlined plan to your skilled worker sponsor
