Can I keep my own company if I Switch from Tier 1 Entrepreneur to Skilled Worker

Hello all,
I am currently holding Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa and recently thinking to accept an offer. I then need to switch to skilled worker visa. As far as I understand I can do additional work up to 20 hours. I was wondering if I can still work as a director of my own company as long as I spend less than 20 hours on my own business. If anyone has any idea, please help me!

You can work up to 20 hours a week in a job that’s either:

in the same occupation code and at the same level as your main job
in a shortage occupation

I was confused how to claim that the role I take in my company same with the occupation code if I am working as a director?

Ask the new company what occupation code the job will be under. Check https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... -and-codes to see if working as your company's director also falls under the same code.
