Made a mistake in Ten year partner route

Hello guys,
thank you so much in advance if anyone can help me with my query. i just submitted a FLRFP ten years partner route application for my wife and my son. this was an extension in the same category. i have 2 questions regards to this.
1: i have made a mistake in the Finance Section, actually my wife doesn’t work and only i work but in the application form i chose my wife is working and her partner” me” doesn’t work.
2: secondly i am not sure i chose a right category or not “ i selected an extension of visa category”
i submitted application through fee waiver and i am not sure that can i resubmit the application or just upload a covering letter. can anyone please guide me thanks
