set of documents for tier 1

do we have to make 3 attested ciopies of each document before applying for tier 1?

If yes, then do we also have to make copies of lettter from bank and bank statement?

Where can i get details in this matter?

Also, does the reference letter from current employer is required? If have an old one whioch states that I have been working till septemeber. Is that gonna work?
