Hi team,
I am planning to apply for UK spouse visa for my wife and need some help. I am from Nepal and hold ILR. I am divorced and have UK Decree Absolute dated 01/02/2021 and my ex wife was born british. We got married in Nepal and I came to UK in a spouse visa. Now, I went to Nepal and had second marriage. I used UK Decree Absolute to register my second marriage however to register my second marriage the register office ask me to first register UK Decree Absolute and then they issued Nepal Divorce Certificate and next day they registered my marriage and issued Marriage certificate. My main concern is I got married on the 10/01/2022 according to Hindu Culture and Nepal Divorce registered date is 25/01/2022 but in the certificate they put my actual divorce date which was 01/02/2021 and in my marriage certificate which is registered on 26/01/2022 they put the marriage date 10/01/2022. So now will this be a problem as I got married on the 10/01/2022 before registering my UK Divorce in Nepal and also do I have to submit both divorce certificate for UK spouse visa?
Thank you
