Delays in dependant child visa

Hi
I applied for my kids visa Extension as dependent of skilled worker visa (NHS)
I already got my ILR and although we submitted their biometrics early March 22 ,I did not get any reply or decision(more than 10 weeks now
I emailed UKVI NHS Team and they replied two weeks ago that there been technical issues and they hope this will be sorted ASAP but nothing yet
I tried to contact UKVI by phone but no success.
What should I do?any quick way to reach them?
