Dependant Visa query

Hi,

I am a HSMP visa holder from india. I arrived in UK July 2005 on HSMP. I was blessed with a daughter in August2008.

I have got Indian passport for my daughter from India High commision.

I have to travel to india in Jan2009. Can anyone update me with time taken by home office when applying for dependent visa on FLR(O) form?

And If I apply from What fee applies to me(bellow is the information copied from uk in india site)
