Apply for Child under 18 only as a Family member

Hi All,

I would like some valuable information if i need to bring my son who was born in Pakistan as a family member. I read that i have to apply for wife and child together otherwise i cannot apply only for him to come and join me as a child of a British citizen. I received citizenship only a few years ago and the child was born before that.

I would only like to bring son at the moment and then apply for the rest of the family due to financial constraints of applying for whole family together.
