ccj and spouse visa

hi is there anybody can shread some light on this

i had a ccj in the year 2015 which is no longer in the public register

do i have to mention it for my spouse visa

and also i am paying 15 pound per month (i do not know why it was for 3000 pound)

if i do not mention it will it be case of deception?
