Divorce

Hello dear members.
I am in really difficult situation, trying to get a divorce in UK. I am from Spain, being married with a woman from Uruguay. We married last year in June, in Uruguay.
My wife came in UK in April 2022 with a FP and is waiting for presettled status. We are living togheter but our relationship is very poor. We barely communicate and we dont really think this relation will work anymore.
I want a divorce soon, we dont have kids. I think she is afraid of separation and she has not told me yet about getting a divorce but this situation cant continue anymore.
What are the requirments to get a divorce here in UK? We are living togheter since May 2021. We lived togheter in Spain for 8 months, then we came in UK.
Can we get a quick divorce if we both agree? What if she does not agree? I am thinking she wont agree because she will lose her status in UK. But i dont care anymore. All i want is to be free and find the right person.
I did not registered the marriage in Spain, nor in UK. We married in her country, in Uruguay. In order to get divorced in UK, do we need to register the marriage first in Spain/UK?
In regard with her status in UK, i dont really care if she lose or not the status, but what implication would have for her a divorce?
I personally want to leave Uk and go back and live in Spain, but i want to divorce first. And i want to do this in UK if its possible.
