Hello Experts,

Hope you are doing well. I would really appreciate if you can answer my query below please.

I applied for skilled worker visa with dependents (out of UK) on 5th May and still waiting for decision.

My job start date as per COS was 6th June, which was now delayed 3 weeks further by adding note to sponsorship tool. Delayed start date is 28th June.

My questions are
(1) what if Homeoffice delay the decision even further and gives a decision after 28th June Or in July?

(2)Would the COS, Sponsorship still be valid? If my new employer agrees, Will I be allowed to travel after job start date as the delay in making the decision is by homeoffice and not my fault?

(3) Can my employer delay the start date even further i.e. (after 4th July) after 28 days of COS job start date because of the delay by homeoffice?
