Travel during the waiting period ?

I got approval for my ILR, my daughter was born in UK, so i understand I can apply for citizenship for her now, and the process takes around 6 months.

My question is can we travel outside UK during that period between applying and waiting for the approval ?

When was your daughter born (before/after ilr) amd what documents does she have that she can travel on?

I think the question is, what is the child travelling on?
