outSide UK Dependent Child - Third party declaration

Hi All, need application filing support -
Dependent Child application - outside UK - Skilled worker visa-

Last declaration - I am applicant - over 18/under 18 / I am parent submitting on applicant <18 's behalf / I am submitting on behalf of applicant <18 -

What to select here?
If I select 3rd option -parent submitting on applicant's behalf -
then next page says -
3rd Party declaration - In what capacity are you representing the applicant(s)? (Required)
1. Agent 2. Family Member 3. Other

If I select 2. Family Member -
then website asks me -

How are you related to <my name here..>?
???? ( I am the same person filing the application, I want say that I am Father...)- What options I should select here? This is confusing..

Side question - If I submit my application, by all fee etc. then how long before I can submit dependent applications (after paying fees) ? All should be submitting same day ?
We are travelling together (want to)- we are selecting the same option in all dependent's applications.
