Confusing Situation: Any help is appreciated

I have got the skilled worker visa, but I have not yet travelled to UK on that visa. I am still in my home country. Now I got a better job offer and the company is ready to sponsor, can I apply for a new visa with new sponsor and COS. What happens with the existing visa, is there a way to cancel that.

Yes. You have to pay all the fees and ihs again.

If a new visa is granted, it cancels the current visa

Bear in mind that you could be liable to pay back the current visa sponsor, depending on what your terms of employment are.

I am also in the same situation. Did you had to inform the first company to cancel the live CoS before the second company would apply for new CoS for you? My joining date in Company A is 3rd October and now my current company is willing to transfer me from India to UK.
What are the best options I have?
