UK Skilled Visa In Country Visa Delays

I am switching from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 Skilled visa. My employer submitted the application and I gave my biometrics on 28th July 2022 within UK. Its been more than 11 weeks and I have not received any response from UK home office. I have read that there are massive delays in visa application processing times. Is anyone facing similar issue with their application? Or is there a way to somehow fast track application after the application has already been submitted?

I am in the same situation. I submitter my biometric on 4th August and still waiting for any update on same. I have seen people waiting for 12 weeks on average before the decision

I got decision for my wife's visa in 12 week. Applied in early July.

Expect at least 3.5 to 4 months if not more.

Not much to do apart from waiting.

I have to travel for my sisters wedding in next couple of weeks. Is there any way to escalate it ?

You can log an online complain, write physical letter to HO and ask your MP to write a letter to HO.

But none of that seem to work....

My MP told me that home office is taking more than 20+ days to respond to their letters.

I applied outside the UK on 13th July.
After 14 weeks I received my decision however gov.uk says it takes 4 weeks !!!!

Right after 12 weeks exact. Got my BRPs delivered within 5 working days
