Compassionate Visit Visa

Hi All,

I and my mother are UK resident. Unfortunately, recently my mother got diagnosed with Liver cancer and probably she will be going through Chemotherapy the next month. My sister back in Pakistan likes to visit her for a few months (2 or 3 months) to take care of her and for her emotional support.

Kindly can you suggest to me which visa category will be appropriate for my sister to apply for?
Moreover, If possible can you please share the weblink I (or my sister) should be used to apply for the proposed application?

What is your and your mother's UK immigration status?

And what strong ties to her country of habitual residence can she show to demonstrate that she will return back there before the end of her visit visa?

I am British National and my two elder brothers are also British Nationals. My brothers and including me doing good jobs. My mother is Living with us for the last 9 years on a dependency visa.

Whereas relation to Simon's question, both of my sisters are married and have their families back in Pakistan and both are also owners of properties back in Pakistan.

My mother is on FLR FP visa

Did she come on a visitor visa and then stay and apply for FLR FP? Your previous posts suggest you were on tier 1 entrepreneur, and so how did she qualify for FLR FP?

Just making you aware that a history of family members doing this could be looked at when other family make visitor visa applications.

Two of my elder brothers are British nationals from the last 15 years that's why she got FLR FP.

Yes, she came here on a visit visa and then we applied for her FLR FP because her medical condition got deteriorated.

She was visiting the UK very frequently since 2003. We applied for her FLR FP in 2015.
