Applying VISA on Defined CoS

Post by albat » Thu Feb 09, 2023 8:16 pm

Hi,

My employer has accidentaly requested for Defined CoS and it has been granted. But the problem is I am in UK and want to apply for VISA. Is it possible to apply on Defined CoS whilst in UK?

No it is not. You need an undefined CoS to apply within the uk. Using a defined CoS will very likely end in rhe application being refused

same here..
can a defined CoS be changed to undefined in order to allow for application within uk..

My employer says no allocation available. So does he need to apply for CoS allocation increase first then apply for un-restricted CoS for me?

No.

Yes. Undefined CoS. It is not called unrestricted CoS anymore.

It is better to start your own topic to ask questions about your own situation, rather than tagging onto other threads.
