ILR - BRP card extension

Hi,
My spouse got ILR in March 2013 and the BRP card expires in 07.03.2023. I want to apply for the renewal. She was away for more than 6 years but maintained UK entry for every 2 years.

The online form for renewal ask for reasons away from UK for more than 6 months and specify the reasons for away. She was away to look after elderly parents. Could you please advise will it be a problem to get the BRP extension?

What documents needs to be submitted? Any other guidance in this regard will be greatly appreciated.
