Previous Earnings - one month missing ?

Hi All,

One of my friend is planning to apply Tier 1 visa in March 2009. His claiming period is 01 Jan 2008 - 28 Feb 2009.

However, in the month of June 2008 his company has not given the salary to him due to cost cutting or some reasons.
How he can proceed in this regards ? What evidence he can put ?

Moreover, he worked for only 12 days in July 2008 and has been paid for only 12 days salary which has been credited along with August month salary. How we can handle this sceanario ?

Has any one come across this scenario ? Pls shade some light in this context. Looking forward for your earliest responses.
