Super priority visitor visa from India

Hi All,
My In-laws were planning to come to UK from India as we have our baby due to help us.
They would have to advance their journey now due to our personal situation and I would need to apply for super priority visitor visa
Is there any specific reasons for which only super priority visitor visa can be applied for and is there any additional documents we need to provide .
Any leads on this would be much appreciated.
