Folks,
I have around 5 years of experience in IT and will be applying for HSMP by Friday. I am 26 and have four year degree (1996 - 2000) in Mechanical from reputed college in India. Problem is I finished studying in Year 2000 but I had 2 back papers which I passed in year 2002. I was working in an IT Company for all this time. I have managed a reference letter from the company.
Do you think Caseworker would not consider my 2 years experience since I completed my degree in year 2002.
