Skilled Worker Dependent Visa

Hi,

I hold skilled worker visa and want to apply for my wife as a dependent. I want to confirm a few things

1. Does she have to pass some sort of English test (IELTS academic/general) to get the visa?
2. Will her Visa and health surcharge would be the same as mine?
3. How much funds do I need to have in my bank account to apply for her visa?
4. How long does it take for her to get the visa once the application is submitted?
5. Any other information that would help me with application?

I would greatly appreciate if someone answers the above questions.
