Hi all,

I'm on a Skilled worker visa (previously Tier 2 General). Applying for ILR 5-year route. I have a quick question about the ILR application date

Vignette valid from date: 13th Aug 2018
BRP date of issue: 17th Aug 2018
Entry to UK date: 20th Aug 2018

What is the earliest date we can apply for ILR?

Presumably a skilled worker visa holder?? Different rules apply to different visa categories, so useful to state visa route when aaking questions.

If skilled worker, it is the initial visa issue date you use.

Which is considered as the initial visa issue date? Date is Vignette or on BRP?
