ILR eligibility for dependents

Hi,
Have read couple of posts around this. Hope to get a confirmation from the forum, as it's apparently a recent change.

Query about eligibility to apply for ILR for PBS dependents who came in with a main applicant in T2G, who later got ILR in 10 year route.

Here's the details:
Person A (main applicant) T2 General
Person B (spouse) PBS Dependent
Person C (child) PBS dependent

All 3 visas approved 17/09/2018. Expiring 23/09/2023
All 3 first entered UK on this visa on 21/09/2018
All 3 meets continuous residence requirements.
My understanding is all 3 would have qualified to apply for ILR under T2G 5 year route in 24/08/2023 (28 days before 5 years)

(A) got ILR in Nov 2022, based on 10 year long residence route (with time spent on previous visas.)
(B) and (C) continuing in PBS Dependent

Questions:
1. Can (B) and (C) still apply for ILR under 5 year route 24/08/2023?
2. If so, is Set (O) the right form to apply for both?
3. Can both apply at the same time?
4. Or, do they need to switch to family visa of ILR person before 23/09/2023 first? And then wait for both to complete 10 years continuous residence (same route as the main application) to apply under 10 year route?


Looking forward to hearing from experts and anyone who has gone through similar situation recently.

They remain under their dependent visa route and apply for ILR when eligible, at the same time together using form SET(O)

No more ILR clock reset for skilled worker dependants, when the main applicants settles under the long residence
