UK naturalisation certificate for wife and son

I got UK naturalisation certificate , can my wife and son apply naturalisation certificate without 12 months completion ? as they have already ILR status last 9 months.

Please clarify on it

Wife can apply for naturalisation (AN) now, so can son, for registration as British citizen (MN1). There's no waiting time for your wife, neither for your son.
