Dear Friends,

This is regarding the Tier1 Documentary Evidence.

The following are my queries:

a) In case of change in Employer in the 12 month period, is it mandatory to provide relieving and offer letter from employer A/employer B?.

b) has anyone faced issues for not showing proof of accomodation in UK ( fresh applications under tier1).

Gudiance does not speak about getting the relieving letter from the employers. However compensation review letter from the current employer i.e. offer letter is mandatory

I think as per one of the discussions at the forum, I understand that it has been discontinued. However in my case, I am putting them under the group of additional documents in my main covering letter.

Keep it simple. Just provide the salary slips and the bank statements as corroborating evidence and you should be fine
