Looking for family visa

Post by nsawan2000 » Thu Sep 07, 2023 5:02 am

Dear Sir/ Ma'am
I have a British Citizen spouse with three children and married for the last 20 years. Now my family want to shift to UK from Pakistan. Please guide me, how can I join to support my family and live with them.

Who would you mean as your family?

If you're talking about your parents, UK is extremely not favourable for chain migration (bringing your parents over) - other members will go in detail on this.

Worth noting that being a British citizen (or spouse of) doesn't give any preferential treatment for family migration. Best you explain more fully what you are thinking of.

If you are thinking of any family members who are not your spouse or children, be aware that Adult Dependent Relative visas have a refusal rate of about 96%, with issual rates in single digits in some calendar years down to zero in the most recent years.
