My circumstances as follows

Came in the UK on a student visa on Sep 2018

Mum got married to an EU National on Jul 2019. Me and my mum both got pre-settlement soon after with expiry date being Dec 2024

When do we qualify for settled status? Is it Jul 2024 on the fifth anniversary of my mum or after the expiry date of pre-settlement?

Because on Jul 2024 I have more than 6 years of residence and 5 of them are as a pre-settled EU family member.

It's July 2024 - based on when you received pre-settled under Appendix EU. Your student visa time (UK immigration) doesn't count as far as I know.
