Skilled Worker Visa- Maintenance for Self and Family

Hi,

I have been holding Tier 2- Skilled worker since March 2023 and have applied for Skilled worker Visa update as I got job in another company (new CoS). The company has provided CoS but has not provided maintenance for me and the dependants. I provided bank statement with minimum required fund while applying for the Visa. However I missed the fact that it has to be maintained for a 28 days period. I have not maintained the fund for 28 days, so cant change anything in the past. However my spouse's Indian account has required fund during the period and has been maintained from last 90 days. Can I show my spouse's Indian account for the maintenance of self and the family? Please advise.
