Hi
I came in UK on Tier 2 General visa in July 2019, while my wife & kids came in October 2020. I am eligible for applying ILR (5 Years). While I apply for ILR, how do I extended visa for my wife & kids as they only complete 3 Years 10 months.
1. What visa extension do I apply for dependents ?
2. When to I apply for Visa extension for dependents ? Do I apply along with my ILR application ?
3. What documents do I need for applying for Visa Extension for dependents ?
I am not able to find any information on gov site.

The tier 2 route does not exist anymore. It has been replaced with the skilled worker visa route.
They shall extend their visas under the skilled worker dependant route:
https://www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-visa/ ... d-children
They should apply when their visa is about to run out. Even if you get ILR, they can still remain and extend under this route until your spouse has 5 years under this route and is eligible for ILR. Documents are minimal so passports, LIUK, proof of English language and cohabitation:
All you need to know about cohabitation evidence

Thank you for the links, really appreciate.
Since my Visa and dependents visa expires on the same day and I can only apply 28 days before Visa expiration for ILR, when should I submit Visa extension for dependents ?
is there a grace period for dependents Visa approval from expire date ?

They must apply before visa expiry to avoid becoming overstayers. Their application will be held until your ILR application is decided

So to understand this better,
1. I apply for ILR (Priority) and wait for decision and after the approval apply for dependents visa extension
OR
2. I apply for ILR (Priority) and DON'T wait for decision and apply for dependents visa extension at the same time ?

Yes, this.
You have to do this so they don't become overstayers if you don't get decision in time.

Thank you for the information, this is very useful. Just a last question for documents required. The gov website says Passport, Biometric Card and Life in UK test, Letter from employer. Is there any other document required ?

For your ILR, the latest payslip and bank statement showing the money deposited are also needed.
