I applied for the standard UK visit visa and provided all necessary documents . But I received a rejection email today (06/02/2024)
You state in your application you are employed earning 82,000 INR monthly
(£781.668 where £1= 104.9038 INR as per www.Oanda.Com on the date of
assessing this application).
• You state in your application you plan on spending £1,500 during your trip the UK
and that nobody else will be contributing towards the cost of your visit. You have
submitted bank statements in support of your application for an account in your name
ending 2985. The closing balance of this account is 66,994.67 INR (£638.629). This
raises concerns as to whether you have access to sufficient funds to spend £1,500
on your visit as stated in your application. I note you have submitted deposit
balances in support of your application, however it is unclear whether you have
immediate access to these funds due to their deposit periods.
In my salary account i have around 630 pounds, and I intend to spend 1500 pounds on my trip which was scheduled in the month of April, I'm employed and I received a monthly salary of 781 pounds. Is this an appropriate reason to reject the visa? I keep transferring money out of my salary account to Mutual Funds/FDs and I was intending to use my mutual funds money for this trip, and hence I added those documents as well to my application.
