PSW and EU country Resident Permit

Hi

I have question that does it make any difference or is there any restriction to have have PSW and a resident permit for another country as I works in UK but due to joint business with my friend ,I have resident permit of an EU country on the basis of business.
Could it be problem to travel frequently for 2-3days(once every month to the other EU country)?
