Hello experts
I am a British passport holder and want to apply for a spouse visa for my wife in Pakistan. My wife is Indonesian and she is living in Pakistan with my children. She has a POC card from Nadra. My question is
1) does she need a police clearance certificate OR any kind of certificate from Police.
Second question is about my children 15 years old and 14 years old, these children are from my previous marriage ( divorced) I have a legal custody of my children from the court
My question is :-
I will apply their dependant visa online from the UK so when my children go for biometrics in the Uk embassy Pakistan, they can go with my Wife ( not legal mother not legal custodian) for biometrics, OR I have to come to Pakistan for their biometrics.
