HSMP to Tier I (G) + Salary and dividends + mortgage issue

Post by MyHSMPApplication » Sun Jan 18, 2009 8:54 pm

Hi All,
I got my FLR-HSMP on October 07 which is valid until Oct 09.

I am planning to buy a house for which I am seeking 85% mortgage.

On discussion with some IFAs, I realised that just a 6+month visa validity might have an issue in getting a mortgage in the current financial situation.

Hence, I decided to go for my Tier I (G) application right way (ofcourse after confirming the same situation with the home office)

I am self employed since Oct 07. On looking at my finances since April 08 (I was pretty sure I would get the required amount if I calculate my finances from April 08 until Jan 09) I realised that my salary and dividends were paid out of my company bank in a single transaction for the first 3 months

Please note that I can provide my payslip and dividend voucher for all the months claimed. However I am worried about producing my bank statement because of the above mentioned problem. Is there any other proof that i can provide if I go for my Tier I (G) application right away?

Do you think this is going to be an issue, i.e. salary + dividends in a single bank payment?
What should I do in order to get a mortgage?

Kindly advice
Cheers
PG
