Student Visa Rejection impact on Tier-1 ?

Hello everyone,

I am one Tier-1 seeker, who is a bit confused before filing up the case for himself.

I was rejected twice in Sep2005 and Feb 2006 (appeal right was allowed on both occuasion) when i applied for student visa because of Financial Documents that i provided as i was informed by BHC.

I pursued my job after that and have spent a good like 3+ years in professional market. Currently i am all ready for the Tier-1, though i fall into the specified criterion as per the policy.

But i wanted to have an expert opinion on whether the rejection on student visa application will have any impact on this Tier-1 considertaion of mine?

And what is the specified time as mentioned in the guide that previous fake/unsatisfactory documents can also result into rejection for a specified time from 1st April 2008.

Anybody help please .
