Post by ekapkhe » Wed Apr 10, 2024 12:36 pm

Hello,

Could you please confirm which option i need to select from below. Initially i got visa for 5years which is expiring next year(only 1 year left). Do i need to pay the fee for my Daughter dependent visa as per 5 Years category.

1.) Skilled worker, where a certificate of sponsorship has been issued for three years or less – main applicant and dependants--- £719
2.) Skilled Worker, where a certificate of sponsorship has been issued for over three years – main applicant and dependants--- £1,420

Thanks
Kapil

Option 2. The visa is based on your cos length regarldess of how much time you have left on your visa.

Where is the other parent?
