hsmp extension application form

Hi all,

I am posting this as a fresh topic since my previous topic is not clear

I have my hsmp extension under tier 1 general this month (NOT covered by JR)

I am filling the application form and have a few doubts.

1. reference number on the entry clearance or visa which can be found in the applicant’s passport or travel document - what is this????

(i called the tier 1 general and they say its the reference number found on the visa page of the passport - top right hand corner of visa page on passport - also she says this ref number can be found on the first visa which we used to come into this country - my case student visa) - is this correct ?

2. in the previous earning section, there are 4 rows where you can enter the dates. i am showing my earnings from 1/1/08 - 31/1/08(consicutive) but have had 3 jobs during this period. so do i put the dates i worked for different jobs (ex first job : 1/1/08 - 2/6/08, second job 3/6/08 - 31/12/08, third job (part time) 5/6/08 - 31/12/08). OR do i just put as 1/1/08 - 31/12/08.

please let me know

3. also in many places on the applciation form askes for Home office reference number - if known ????? is this the reference number which is found on the initial approval letter
